  • RSI, Inc. recently assisted a major diversifying energy provider in deciding whether or not to pursue the offering of Customer Care services to traditional energy and new power marketers and other utility companies. We completed our analyses in about six weeks and provided market-based evidence that:

1.       There is a $10 billion market for providing outsourced Customer Care services in the U. S. to all businesses

2.       There is a $500 million market for providing outsourced Customer Care services to electric, gas, power marketer, local telephone exchange and water utility businesses
